Songs have the power to move stuck emotions, open up insights, and improve overall well-being. Song Therapy is the practice of singing, not for performance, but for therapeutic purposes. I offer simple songs and healing harmonies to reset the nervous system and reduce anxiety. By listening deeply to your inner voice and tuning into harmonic tones, blocks can be cleared. You do not need any singing experience at all, and can choose to sing along or simply listen and absorb healing vibrations. Along with the instrument of the voice, I often incorporate instruments such as Koshi Chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, and ukulele.
